PNACL currently has organized chapters in 9 regions throughout the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Additionally, there are at-large members in areas where chapters do not exist. Whenever possible, new members are assigned to a nearby chapter.

Association By-laws state that a group of 10 or more individuals can form a chapter in their own area. Chapter autonomy is recognized and encouraged in local matters.
